Complaint Review: donotpay

I emailed the company immediately upon discovering that they offered help for DHL but provided none. Here is the timeline and emails in reverse order.  I asked for a refund. There's been no reply.

Four 4 days after requesting a refund, I sent this email.  There's still been no reply after 26 hours.

You have 24 hours to email me with confirmation of a full refund in progress, or I will report you to ALL fraud agencies I can find in the US and abroad, including citizensadvice.org.uk and  RIPOFFREPORT.COM, after my bank is informed and they begin the process of taking the money back by force.  It's your choice.   Sincerely,    

Hello,   I signed up a few minutes ago and am requesting a refund for two reasons.  

1) Even though I paid with a debit card linked only to my billing address, the address was said to be "invalid" by your system when I tried to enter my profile.

2) I signed up primarily to get a refund from DHL, which has a policy for late delivery refunds, but it's not in your system.. Only UPS and others were options.
