donotpay.com I paid for 3 months of services and within 30 minutes realized they could not help me at all. Palo Alto California
I emailed the company immediately upon discovering that they offered help for DHL but provided none. Here is the timeline and emails in reverse order. I asked for a refund. There's been no reply.
Four 4 days after requesting a refund, I sent this email. There's still been no reply after 26 hours.

Hello, I signed up a few minutes ago and am requesting a refund for two reasons.
1) Even though I paid with a debit card linked only to my billing address, the address was said to be "invalid" by your system when I tried to enter my profile.
2) I signed up primarily to get a refund from DHL, which has a policy for late delivery refunds, but it's not in your system.. Only UPS and others were options.

I contacted the AG's office in California and asked them to have donotpay.com publish a refund policy and create an online method for consumers to apply for a refund.
