Complaint Review: DonovanK-9

I called Donovan K-9 Asking for a male German
Shepherd pup for stud they said I could have the pick of the litter. I called many times and sent them the $600.00 they wanted for the pup.

Then all of a sudden all that was left was one male with one t******e, which wasn't suitable for breeding.
So I asked for a replacement or my money back.
They couldn't come up with a replacement and said the check was in the mail, which I have never seen. The emails are below:

Hi Melanie......Please send me your address......I usually do not send back cash.....Only replacements....But inthis circumstance with me not realising the t******e issue...I will send you out a check...Please give me some time....But you will not be forgotten...Happy and Healthy New Year...thanks...
