Well it all starts with answering his craigslist ad, and he promises you tons of property preservation work. He then sends you work while thegirl in his office treats you like a dog, and you spend thousands of dollars to try keep these rip off artists happy and then they don't pay their bill. They owe me over 5 thousand dollars and I am working with the local police to try get this guy brought up on Internet fraud or larceny charges. This guy and his company will rip you off blind, and laugh at you when you call to be paid! Don't work for him.

When this agent started working he was doing a good job and getting his work done. However he accepted more work than he could handle and started lying on the status of jobs causing me to tell my client false information. I sent another contractor to complete a rush job he told me was complete and he was going to upload the photos that day. I choose to cancel his contract and he said he wanted all is money right now, I responded and said "you will be paid according to the contract you signed which was net 30" and I believe we were doing payroll every week then. He was upset his contract was canceled and started calling my client and saying he wanted his money and he was going to lean properties when the money wasn't due to be paid according to the contract. I hadn't been paid for the job. He continued to call my client, so my client reached out to me and ask what can we do to get him to stop calling and get him out of all our hair. I said I would go ahead and pay him early for his work and I sent his check overnight via Fedex or UPS.
I responded to these 2 rip off reports because it seems like a lot of people read these and assume they are 100% correct. Agnew Property Maintenance LLC is a good company to work for.
