i gave them 20 of my hard earned dollars for a sweater for my baby boy, they claim to use ups shipping but when they sent me a email confirmation about my order bieng shipped there was no tracking number, (everyone knows ups uses tracking numbers.) so i knew right away i was ripped off.

i sent 2 emails asking politely where my boys sweater was, no answer. the saddest thing is, is they claim to be parents, too. if they really were, they wouldnt pull some scam on other parents!!

if they have kids i hope they dont grow up to be like them! well, its been over 3 weeks now... no sweater. thanks for nothing, dookiewear.com!:P

The complaintant did not originally leave a polite nor specific e-mail pertaining to their order.

Original text: wheres my stuff man?!:
ummm... i got a email at least 2 weeks ago from you guys saying my stuff was shipped. i wasnt given a tracking number and its not here:( please tell me you guys sent it with a legit company?! if my lil booger doesnt have his tattoo hoodie by the time the tattoo convention is here im gonna be sooooooooo freakin mad. dammit.

Rude and non specific e-mails are not responded to. We responded to her second more polite and concise e-mail and offered to reship the item at no extra charges, which was accepted graciously by the complainant.

Unfortunately, after recieving the notice of the complaint filing and the update:

well they emailed back finally, said it was because they just now claim to use ups shipping, and the standard shipping got my package lost. gee thats funny, when i clicked on what shipping i wanted i asked for U.P.S. shipping. i guess they didnt see that. hmmmm....

She was informed of our policy posted prominently on our FAQs page: http://www.dookiewear.com/FAQs.htm:

Please do yourself and us a favor, if you are a perfectionist, Type A Personality or just plain nitpicky, please just go ahead and order or buy mass produced sweatshop or expensive designer clothes at your local department store. Our items are unique and made upon order in a sweatshop called "our kitchen".

Her credit card has been fully refunded and we requested her not to order from us again.

We have many satisfied customers and do not need business from this type of customer.
