Complaint Review: The Door Bar Official

The Door Bar Official I'm in agreement with the previous report. This vendor also took down their website when I started asking for a company mailing address and phone number so that I could file a formal complaint, to no avail.

I'm in agreement with the previous report. This vendor also took down their website when I started asking for a company mailing address and phone number so that I could file a formal complaint, to no avail. I've asked 5 times now. I ordered my product over a month ago thinking it was coming from a company in Irvine, but when I asked for tracking info they sent me a link that didn't work and was not in English. After other attempts in requesting this info they sent me another tracking number only its status was still in china for over 4 weeks.

Later the company took down their web site only I already screen shot everything. I asked for a refund and as the previous complaint said, they can't issue a refund until the item has arrived. LOL It will never get here. It's a scam people don't buy from them. Thankfully, my bank is investigating them and issued me a refund. Charged me $50 for a door pull up bar and I haven't received the product and they won't refund me until I receive the product, only I'll never get the product. United State
