"Dorado Equities began 2014 with 680 Acres of land coverage in our Claims. In October we were able to increase that stake to over 1000 acres, and with these most recent acquisitions which give the company an aggregate of 3,850 acres of claims, Dorado is now positioned with what we believe is the best coverage in areas that we want to be in. As with the October acquisitions, the additional sites are important for Dorado Equities for several reasons. Their proximity to our other properties will ensure that we can follow potential mineral deposits unfettered by current claim boundaries, and it will protect the border lands of our current claims from claim jumpers. To an even greater extent, this means that the company holds claims in areas we believe will become desirable Joint Venture Opportunities with larger mining companies and operators given the boom in claim speculation over the past three years." - G. After a recent discussion with a preferred shareholder of the company regarding dividends, it was suggested to me that I write something documenting what we talked about and post it for all to see. This is just a brief note from me and it's not meant to be an exhaustive explanation of this type of security.
