Complaint Review: Dorchester Publishing True Story Magazine

I have been a subscriber of True Stoy Magazines for 30+ years.  I had just renewed my subscription from a renewal notice they mailed me.  I believe it was over $25.00 that I paid.  When my January 2011 issue did not arrive, I called them.  The person I spoke with was very kind, gave me her personal extension and assured me that they were looking for another company to print/publish the True Story Magazine.  She told me I could call back for an update at any time.  When I did call back, my calls were not returned.  I want either a refund or my magazines!  They should have never sent me the renewal form knowing  there were issues with printing.
