Dorm Books Do not stick by their return policy Internet
I recently purchased three books from dormbooks.com. They arrived on time and I was initially satisfied. However, when I realized I did not need one of my books, I sent in a return form online. Dormbooks claims they give unconditional refunds within 30 days of receiving the books. There was no response to my return form and to the three or four tickets and emails I have sent the company. They were supposed to pick up my returned book yesterday but no one showed up. This incident is very unfortunate. I would recommend buying with caution.
