My parents purchased a dormia mattress about a year ago. They complained immediately about the mattress they initially received (it was lumpy and lopsided) but were forced to wait a month before the mattress was exchanged.

The shipping company delivered the wrong mattress and box-spring and another mattress was ultimately sent. Again, the mattress is uncomfortable, your body sinks in, it does not provide any support whatsoever. Ultimately, the bed they were sold is not of the same quality as the bed they were led to believe they were buying. (Another person complained about this very same thing)

Dormia customer service has refused to refund their money and has refused to exchange the bed. Customer service has told them that they are only entitled to one exchange and nothing more. Clearly Dormia does not stand behind its products (otherwise they would have given the refund or at least offered to exchange the mattress). While I know some people rave about these expensive mattresses, if you find yourself with a problem mattress you are screwed.

If dormia wants to rebut this report, they can do so by giving my parents a refund.
