I PURCHASED THE QUEEN PACKAGE FROM THE BRANDON MALL LOCATION, THE SALES MAN WAS VERY PUSHY WITH HIS SALES TACTICS AND WOULDNT LET OFF ONE BIT, THE BED WE PURCHASED WAS NOTHING LIKE THE ONE THAT WAS DELIVERED TO MY HOME. I LAW DOWN ON THIS THING AND MY WIFE ROLLS DOWN THE BED LIKE IT WAS A HILL, I FELT LIKE I WAS IN A FREDDY CRUEGER MOVIE. I HAVE TRIED GETTING THINGS RESOLVED AND HAVE YET TO GET ANY KIND OF ANSWER, ONLY TO BREAK IT IN FOR 30 DAYS. WHEN THEY TOLD ME THAT I WENT AND LOOKED THEM UP TO SEE IF THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO OPTHERS AND CERTAINLY ENOUGH THEY ARE KNOWN FOR AVOIDING CUSTOMERS AND NOT DOING ANY GOOD WITH REFUNDS.

WE RECIEVED THE BED SET ON SATURDAY EVENING AROUND 7PM WHEN WE WERE TOLD EARLY SATURDAY DELIVERY. THE GUYS THAT DELIEVERED THE SET WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND WHEN I ASKED THEM FOR A DELIVERY RECIEPT THEY SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE ONE. SO I KIND OF STARTED HAVING A BAD FEELING FROM THE GET.

WELL ME AND MY WIFE SLEPT ON IT AND OMG I WOKE UP THE NEXT DAY IN A HOLE LIKE THE BED TOTALLY SANK IN AND IT WAS HARD TO EVEN GET OUT OF IT. I FREAKED OUT. THIS IS TOTALLY NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD THE SET WAS GONNA BE LIKE. EVEN THE ONES IN THE STORE ARE TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT WE RECIEVED.
