Complaint Review: DORO MOTERS AKA [GASRIDES]

I orderd 1 red baby dfx 110cc atv, and 1 green baby dfx 110cc atv, from doro moters on 5/24/05. I spoke with Benjamin Vaughn and paid for the order in full that same day. He said they would be delivered with in 7-10 days.

I waited for 1 month i never recieved the atv's. I then called the company just to find out the # was disconnected, i then called his personal extention # also disconnected. I e mailed him and finally got a response giving me his cell # and telling me they were on a truck shipped to me i will recieve them with in 2-3 days. Neaver recieved them! I then e mailed him again wanting my full refund of $2100.00 back immediatly. Then he tells me the company is going out of bisness and he will fed ex a cashiers check for the full $2100.00 over night to me. 2 days later no check and very mad emailed him again wanting to know where the check was, then he says I'M DECLARING BANKRUEPTCY AND CAN NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY!!!! He has lied to me time and time again i checked with the bankrueptcy court of TN and he has not filed for any thing. He ripped me off and now my kids don't have their arv's no getting around it.

He is a lyer a ripoff and a fraud and the worst part about it he ripped off my kids!!!!!!!! I have all e mails to prove every word that i have said in this statement.
