After waiting 3 months for delivery of an ATV ordered on November 30, 2004 - it was finally delivered on March 2, 2005.

However, it had no nuts or bolts to attach the wheels or any other pieces, no brackets for the handlebars, no battery and no instructions. It was useless as delivered.

Repeated contacts led only to repeated, broken promises to deliver the parts. No tracking info could ever be provided, despite claims of sending the parts via Fed Ex. Claims were made that Fed Ex was no responding at all and that they must have lost the parts. I have dealt with Fed Ex a lot, and they are always able to provide tracking info.

I sitll do not have a working ATV, but I do have a very unhappy 6-year old waiting to ride it.

Parts finally arrived!

Doro Motors came through with the parts I needed to finish assembling the ATV! Thank you! The lesson here is to make sure that you are buying from the person or dealer who actually HAS the product you want - not from some internet distributor who has to order from someone else!

I bought my ATV through WickedRocket.com - they did not have the product, and after a few weeks, ordered it from Doro Motors. They did nothing for me when problems arose.

Still waiting - no parts

I have been advised to fill a report with the Internet Fraud Division of the FBI - I still do not have a complete ATV, and I have paid for it in full. I am sure that Doro Motors and Mr. Vaughn have been paid, but have not delivered the complete product.

I'm sure you were paid to deliver a complete product, whether I pad you or Wicked Rocket paid you.

Facts? We will send those out overnight, tomorrow morning

The first message, dated 3-2-05: "We will send those out overnight, tomorrow morning. I will forward the tracking number after the pieces ship."

Thank you

Next, 3-3-05: "Should have been in the crate, I will also send another battery."

Next, 3-8-05, after "overnight" delivery did not show up: "I will check on Monday and email you the tracking number for your parts" (no tracking number ever given.)

Next, also from 3-8-05: "Yes your part order has been shipped, we specified that it was sent over night but it was sent ground, we apologize for the delays."

Another week - 3-14-05: "Your parts order has been filled, although we would like to help, there is not a whole lot we can offer until the parts arrive to you. If you dont' ahve those parts by 03/15/05, at 6 p.m., we will over night and pay the cost to ship you the replacement parts again."

Now, I finally get a little upset, 3-17-05: "Sir, your parts have been sent, please provide the Address, that we are sending to, incase there has been some problem with delivery.

Your urgent reply to this matter is required, so we can locate the parts that have been sent."

3-18-05: "I have a local dealer that carries these parts you need. Ive been in contact today and forwarded your name and address, He will have them sent from his location to cutt down on the waiting, Im sure you are as excited about this ATV as your child so we would like to apologize for any problems involved with your unit missing parts. Alothough we did not take your order, we selected to fill your order, and have every intention to make good on your needs"

3-18-05: "Fedex, is not taking any position, on any thing so Im assuming they lost them. Or possibly delivered to the wrong address and wont say until they recove them. I gave Fedex your number also , incase they find them locally."

3-18-05: I asked if I could go pick up the parts at the local dealer: "I can call and ask, and let you know what he says"

This is the last I have heard. So that is why I would come on here and tell my story. How would YOU have reacted?
I will be happy to come on and tell everyone when, or if the parts finally show up. I went to Home Depot and bought bolts to put the wheels on, since the crate has been blocking my garage. I cannot buy the handlebar brackets since that is a unique part and I do not know what size bolts I need for the threaded parts of the bumper.

We found this report online and found the information included in the report not only to be very misleading but none of fact. We are not the company that this buyer purchased from, but we only supplied the units when the other website was in need and out of stock. If in fact we did sell the unit it would have been delivered in a timly manner. Although the buyers ATV did arrive without all the parts to complete the unit, we have since been in contact with the seller and We have paid for the shipment UPS overnight to the buyer. We would all like to hear the reply from the buyer, I'd like to know why they would slander our business name. Hope we can assist with any other problems in the future.

Thank you,
