Dot & Bo Dot and Bo Bad return policy, terrible customer service, horific upper management response San Franciso Internet
The chair I ordered was misrepresented and I was still willing to pay half of the return back but they wouldn't even work with me. It cost me $100 to return a $162 chair. I even sent an email to the CEO and VP of customer service who never responded and instead had someone named Amy call me. She was even worse than the first 2 customer service reps I spoke to.
I asked her if she was ok with losing a customer over $50 in shipping and her response was "ordering online is a risk, you're just one customer of many"
What a joke....their company culture is coming from the top down and that's their policy. They don't care about their customers.
