Complaint Review: Dottimart - Handbags America

On November 6th I ordered a fake Louis Vuitton handbag from dottimart.com, I was charged a total of $193.99 which included shipping. I did not receive the bag until December the 2nd, their website advertised that items would be shipped within 7 days. After 2 weeks of not receiving anything I started e-mailing and calling regarding the status of my order, with of course, no response.

The bag which they shipped me is not the same bag which they picture so I completed the "return form" on their website and have been instructed to wait for an "RMA" number in order to return this bag. Also, the quality of the bag is a joke, even if it was the right bag the quality is so poor I would be embarassed to use it.

Since then I have sent 3 e-mails trying to get information on how to return this bag, I have received on response telling me to be patient and that if I return the bag withou this "RMA" number they would not accept the package. Everytime I try to call the phone number listed on their website their mailbox is full, so I cannot even leave a message to talk to a real person.

This has been my worst internet purchase ever, DO NOT BUY FROM DOTTIMART.COM, it is a scam and a total ripoff, this is not a way to transact business. All I want is my money back!!! I have since filed a complaint with the FCC. I wish I would have found this website before I ordered from this scam artist!
