I ordered a replica bag from these people on November 10, 2003. They charged my card the next day but three weeks later the bag had not arrived. I emailed them and told them I wanted my order cancelled three days later they emailed me back telling me my order had shipped that day. I want to return this purse and they are not emailing me back with an Return Authorization number. I have issued a chargeback with my bank but I have no address to return this too.
This company is a fraud. DO not purchase from them they will take your money and run. Thank goodness for credit card companies and chargebacks!!Two weeks later and they are still not returning my emails. I will be contacting the FBI as well as my lawyer.

This is the kind of cusotmer service these people give!!! Here is word for word what they send back to me concerning my cancellation and lack of response from them on the matter:
"you are obviously a stupid person..WHY ARE YOU WRITING HERE ABOUT A RETURN!! RETURNS ARE DONE VIA THE INTERNET UDER POLICIES ON OUR SITE..CAN YOU EVEN READ???...you will ger your return code within 30 days as (ask your lawyer) the law allows..but by all means please notify the F.B.I., the C.I.A. and get a lawyeron reetainer..HELL CALL IN THE MARINES TOO..WE SET UP A WEB SITE SPENT THOUSANDS IN ADVERTISING JUST TO ROB YOU..WOW..IT WORKED WE GOT YOUR MONEY..WHAT KIND OF SELF CENTERED, IMPATIENT, JACKASS ARE YOU???
AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED YOUR AT THE BOTTOM OF MY LIST OF THINGS TO TAKE CARE OF NOW.
This email was received today by the people who run this company. I am notifying the F.B.I. internet fruad department of them since they state in the email they are purposly ripping people off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!
