Complaint Review: Double Dave's

The manager at this particular location is very rude and has a huge chip on her shoulder. She argued with me about a container of pizza sauce, saying I had to pay extra when they said over the phone there was no charge. She is young (25) and very inexperienced with customers. She was very flustered over the event because she kept yammering and I had to tell her to shut up for a minute so I could get a word in edge wise. This really pissed her off, saying I wasn't treating her with respect, and she threatened to call the police! She needs to grow up and should not have this type of responsibility.

I will no longer go there - she was concerned about her bottom line with a container of pizza sauce and she lost my business and that of friends once I spread the word. How does that affect the bottom line?
