Lex Herndon is the cheapest person on the planet. Aside from that, he is a conman and liar.

I worked with the guy on the Missoula Police Department for many years. He sold me a piece of real estate. We agreed on the price and i gave him a $1000 check. He was to get me the contract in 48 hours. In the meantime he went to another guy and said here is the offer if you want it for $1000 more its yours. So he did. My check never appeared again so Herndon tore it up and said we never had a deal.

I called him out on it but he is a coward. A real CS. Ran back in the building when i caught him in the parking lot or i would have kicked his ***. Loser and a phony.
