Complaint Review: Double u casino

Enclosed is a snapshot of my screen, I hit a huge win that was not paid out, due to your site freezing up. Not only did I not get paid, but I was also in a bonus, this hit could have paid out Billions of points, considering I still had 5 spins left that could have resulted in as much as 10x and not only making millions more with those spins, but I will never know. Please look into this and see why I wasn't paid, that freeze cost me at least 2 billion, and I know it was possible, because a month ago i hit 2 billion on the same game.
