DoubleU Casino Will not pay Bonus Jack pot to a disabled Veteran that won it. internet
I am a disabled veteran and I have played at double U Casino for over a year. I have let alot go by but this time took the cake. I won a bonus Jackpot of 488,500,000 after playing for over a week. Not only did they take the jack pot from me which I have a screen shot of but they are refusing to give it to me.
I contacted their support and help and gave them a copy of the screen shot to show I was not telling some kind of lie. Yet they say please be patient we cannot find that you hit the win. yet it cost me 1.2 billion chips of play to hit.
As a veteran I no longer wish to advertize or endore DoubleU Casino to any veteran or Brother in Arms. I thought they were good and since this is not their truth I will be taking this as far as I can. Including facebook.com and anyone else I can get to.

Are you a veteran or a child?? They tell you hold on thier looking for your win and the next thing you do is post negativly about them?? Are you going to hold your breath and stomp your feet too? You are both an adult and a veteran. Where is that much vaulted military discipline? Where is that touted strength? Oh thats right, you didnt get your way immediatly so your just going to be a baby.
I wonder how my dead grandfather would feel if he heard that veterans were nothing but spoiled little babies who have no patience. I know what he would say "Its a shame that someone can serve thier country and still be a jackass"
Grow the hell up and try and work within the system. Its not real money. Its all ones and zeros, so basically computer code. Yes you have a screen shot good for you. But its obvious that there was some sort of malfunction. Possibly a server error. If this was a REAL casino you would be screwed as ANY malfunction voids ALL pays. So sit back, let them do thier part and attempt to fix this for you before you continue acting like a child. If I ran this company and we were doing everything we could to fix the problem and then found out that you went and turned this into a jackass report, I wouldnt give it to you even if I did find it. Mainly because for a veteran who DEMANDS everyone acknowledge his service, you refuse to acknowledge that they are working as hard as they can.
