Purchased the newletter and subscription to Robot use in May. Realized it was garbage and contacted via email regarding refund within 60 days. Received an email response from a "DAVE" telling me to follow refund steps on site where purchased. I kept all receipts from payment via the internet using "Click-Bank". Sent all required documents within 60 days, got an email that appeared to confirm receipt.

However, I have since found that you can type anything in an email and send to the same email address and you will get an automatic response with a phantom claim number. I have called the phone number on the website and it is not a legitimate office line. Only thing I have not done, is go try to find the address in Miami, which I am sure is bogus as well.

I have tried contact over 10 time, no response. I am sure their plan is to get you so frustrated or tired of trying that you just give up, and they pocket the $150 and call it a great day! THIS IS A SCAM, AND THEY NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. I am sending a complaint into Iowa Attorney General's Office to start. I would love to see this s***k in a court room!
