Complaint Review: Doug atkins remax town and country winter springs Florida

 Doug Atkins of Remax and the Atkins Team , in my opinion, acted unethically when I hired him to be my realtor. He came over with his wife, whom I assumed was a realtor, because she reviewed the contract with me, that read if they brought the buyer I would pay 5 percent versus 6 percent if another realtor brought the buyer. Turns out that Ginger is not a licensed realtor at all! Also, Doug Atkins showed my property and listed my property and involved another realtor to in his words "play nice in the sandbox". This other realtor, Bill Maurr of another Remax office , never stepped foot in my home to show the house or to attend the inspection, yet I paid six percent in total that these two split. The house sold within the week. Rip off artists in my opinion. Seller beware!
