Doug Keaty FAILED TO HONOR CONTRACT AND SQUANDERED MY MONEY Albuquerque New Mexico
Mr. Keaty entered into a contact in May 2017 to build a spec house. He took cash from me to start the planning process. He failed to keep me updated and, finally, after nine months he terminated this contract without cause. He squandered my on a house plan that was way beyond the budget allowed...and, that was never completed. Finally, after nine months he canceled the contract without cause and refused to return my money. He is not reliable or trustworthy. He does not do what he promises to do. He has grandiose ideas, but does not follow through. My advice is to stay clear of this guy...AND, do not give him any money in advance!
