Samuel, I cannot for the life of me figure out what your claim is. I don't want to offend you, but your report comes off much less than clear. From what I can tell, and correct me if I'm wrong, the only thing this guy did to you was to deny you legal aid. There is no law against turning down a client, and I see no ethical problem when the lawyer is offering free or reduced cost services.
You come off, in the least, as very angry and extremely hostile. I would venture to say that you are also a touch deluded. I find it highly unlikely that members of the NAACP are involved in an illegal conspiracy to deprive you of your civil rights. NAACP lawyers donate their time and resources to defend the indigent. The time they spend working for free could be spent earning the big money for which people go to law school.
If you have a valid claim, spell it out for us. Otherwise, you may need to take a little perspective on this issue. It is most certainly true that the resources of the NAACP are very limited, as is the case with all legal aid oganizations. They have to be very selective in regards to the cases they will take on. They probably have cases that are more compelling than yours, and they are under no obligation to take on your fight. Best of luck to you.
