Company or individual hires Sub-Contractor to perform work on his behalf of individual's homes under a written contact. If the Sub-Contractor does not perform to the standards of the individual, he finds way to terminate the agreement just before the completion of the contractor in order to not pay the Sub-Contractor. After several days of working your a* off, Doug S. Barton starts arguing and slandering you in order to get you to quit just so he does not have to pay you after telling you he will pay you $65 per hour. He is a compulsive liar, con-artist and theft. Consumers should not allow this guy anywhere near their homes, eventually a Sub-Contractor is going to file a lien against a unsuspecting homeowner for services not paid for by Doug S. Barton with CP&C, L.L.C.
