Doug Selman of Doug Selman Builders took our money and built a home that cannot even be lived in due to the structural support was done substandard and not even up to building code requirements. he does not contract out for his work but instead has his own employees that have absolutely no experience or skill in doing even semi standard construction work. I doubt that they could even build a doghouse that would be satisfactory. it is a horrible site what they built for us. and we have no recourse but to sue him which costs money , and we now have to pay for a place to rent. words cannot express how bad I detest this man for taking all of our money and giving us nothing while he sits in a million dollar home with exotic animals.

DOUGLAS Selman or Doug Selman of DOUG Selman builders took our money and built us a house that we cannot even live in. he and his workers do not know how to build a house they will mess everything up and those people he gets to do the work are not professionals. everything is sloppy and it wont past inspection and there will be drafts leaks in roofs , ceilings . all of his work is shabby , he is a huge blemish on the builders and contractor professions. dont look for him to fix any of the crappy work he does because all he will do is get angry and disappear. do not let this man build anything for you because you will regret the day you did. hire a contractor who is licensed with no history of problems and has many satisfied customers. a kid with a few shop classes would be a better choice than this guy.

You may try a small claim court. The limit of claim is depended on where you live (state). It may not be as much as you spent.
