Doug was my realtor. He borrowed money from myself and others and then refused to pay it back. I know that he made real estate deals and had the money to pay it back, but is a pro when it comes to empty promises. I was a board member of a condo complex in Telluride at the time. He borrowed from another board member as well. Lots of promises. He also has been in the car business. Very dishonest person. Buyer beware !
