Complaint Review: Douglas Higa

Douglas Higa as he presented himself came to my house to do some repairs to my roof. very arrogant perdonality with a smell of alcohol on his breath. as he was fixing the leaks in my roof i over heard him talking about how he is beating the system on his obligations to child support and how he fooled the church and got married in the temple. He was saying how he owed several thousands of dollars in back child support but said he was only making min. wage.

Funny when he told my husbabd and I he was a supervisor and head foreman. He continued on laughing that his child or childrens mother would never see the money that is owed to her. i was so shocked that he made a mockery of the system. I only wish i could reach out to her and pray that this low life could never have custody of these children. I fear that he would truly ruin or corrupt these kids.  I also could not believe that a church would give this looset a recomend being in debt to this poor woman that much money.

One of the questions is are you behind in your child support, and if so you could not. After hearing that I also had my husband find out about this low life that he was also on  probation and still went through the temple. That right there lets you know he,had to have lied ti his bishop. Unless his bishop is an idiot. Do not hire Doug Higa Or Collins Roofing if this is the type of integrity they have.
