Complaint Review: Douglas R Finney Jr - Tristate Security

doughlas came to my office to purchase some two-way radios he first tested radios i had a hard time getting those back, he then desided to purchase 15 portable radios on my 2 of my tower site's he gave us a check from "american security services check #10449 in the amount of $1,000.00 dated aug 2nd 2005 the check was returned for no funds available we then contacted douglass and told him what had happend he was then told to bring a bank check or money order in the amount of $9,079.56 for the totol amount he then stated he would be in the next day with a bank check,

well about a week later he called our corperate office and had told them he would be into our branch office to pay in full with a credit card, he then applied for membership to a local rescue squad where one of my co-workers is a member they then did a backround check and found out what he was all about we then tried to contact him but to no evail he skipped out with all 15 radios without paying a dim. and all i want is to get my equipment back no questions or legal persute will be filed i just want my 15 radios back
