On the year 2015 DOUGLAS RAMOS where in person to my property in Newark NJ not to have a conversation with me as a landlord. But with my tenants He told my tenants that he will offer them $6000 check for them to abandon the property in the next 2 weeks. Ramos makes sure to tell them to keep it as a secret or will denied the check if they say anything to me about this.
After all the tenants get away with the check and also didn’t pay me the last rent because MR RAMOS told them not to pays me any rent because the house was in foreclosure. Ramos and his people changed the locks and put a chain on the front fences with a FOR SALE SIGN. Next day the tenants returned back to the property because the check RAMOS Gives them didn’t had any FUNDS.
The tenants really furious about the check without funds told Ramos they will call the police on him, 2 hours later Ramos went back to the property with $6000 CASH and obviously apologized about the inconvenience but Ramos really knew the check was without any funds, Some neighbors called me to my cellphone and told me about the activities that was going on in the property. Then I went to the address and everybody where gone.
I called to the number on the for sale sign and when his secretary answer the call toll me the house was closed by the SHERIFF, I believe this individual been doing this for a long time to others HOMEOWNERS and no one do anything about it. MR DOUGLAS Is a man who is abusing from his power to leave homeowners with financial issues without our properties and this needs to stop, Also thanks for reading,..
