Complaint Review: Dougs Lynnwood Hyundai

Came in for "special financing". First signed papers for a 2002 Suzuki and drove off with the vehicle. Five days later I was called and told the bank wouldn't finance a used Suzuki. I was told "I was already approved", but needed to come in and choose a different car/truck. I came back in that night and drove out with a 2002 Pontiac.

Seven days later was phoned again at home and told "still couldn't get financing" Because I had another vechicle financed that the dealership and lender knew about from the start. Dougs never changed the dates on my paperwork even though they changed vehicles. So they were making interest on my down payment money for 12 days.
