Our mortage serviceer was changed to Dovenmuhle Mortgage on January 1, 2016.  Our mortage orighned in November 2014 with a local company in Boston.  This company might have began this issue but it will take some time to figure out what went wrong.

May 4, 2016 we kept our original mortagage payment amount of $1427 in the bank.  I check our balance before heading out to get food.  The bank had an electronic withdrawal from Dovenmuhle in the amount of $2297.  A $680 rainse in payment without notice due to a raise in escrow secodary to missing payments for over a year that was on an extra parcel we had.  This parcel was on the loan documents and came over with the transfer. We received a notice from our city in February that there was a tax lien put on our home.  I then called Dovenmuhle and our prievious morgage servicer we were told that the issue would be taken care of.  In no dream of mine did I have that ourt monthly payment would go up due to their error.

We called Dovenmuehle, to say the least, I was angry.  I was told by totally emotionless customer service and manager of customer service, they are sorrY" but according to their records a notice of the increase in escrow, was sent to un in April, 2016.  If this ere so we definately would have called in about a 61% increase in payment or $680 a month.  Our mortgage payment was returned by our bank due to insuffeicent funds.  We took the funds our and placed them into another account to prevent multiple attempts to Dovenmuhele to take the funds out then this would lead to more fees.  We will be accounting the fees about the issue into any future payments being made.  We will also hold any late fees by Dovenmuhele.

We have since filed a RESPA and a letter to get a full accounting ouf or mortgage in place since 2014 with all payment and history and fees.  We have not missed one payment or even been close to late for a payment.  The mortagge packet signed at the lawyers office clearly shows the double parcel and the book of deeds from our cit also shows the double parcel.  The parcels can't be legally seperated except by a city variance.  This payment of $1427 will not change do the fact our insurance and taxes did not go up at all from $2015 to account for the extra $680 a month.  Dovenmuhele is looking for back payments on a loan they did not service until January, 2016.
