Dovetail Furniture Remarkably Rude, Highly Unprofessional Customer Service, No Follow-Up, Inferior Product Line Los Angeles California

Ted Einstein, co-owner of Dovetail Furniture is one remarkably rude business owner. He obviously has had NO instruction in customer service and the value it provides.

I contacted Ted Einstein at Dovetail Furniture to request pricing and delivery charges. I was immediately e-mailed with a "pass the buck" reply, stating that one of his Las Vegas Showroom colleagues would get in touch with me directly about my inquiries. I'm a professional Interior Designer. My time is valuable and I am completely devoted to my vendors and manufacturers whom offer exemplary customer service.

After a week passed with no follow-up response to my inquiry, I e-mailed Ted Einstein to ask about my prior inquiry. The reply I received from Ted Einstein, owner of Dovetail Furniture, was very unprofessional and the deal breaker. Ted Einstein replied to me that my "attitude sucks" and that he will take me off of their customer list.

I don't have the time for unprofessional idiots, it's not a wonder that their business is suffering.
I would recommend to everyone to simply avoid the Dovetail Furniture company located in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. There are a cacophony of superior vendors with similar product lines and a much better price point....and most of all, exemplary customer service!

Stay away from Ted Einstein, Charlie Shaw, Mollie Stewart, Shelby Stewart, and everyone associated with Dovetail Furniture!

DOVETAIL IS A FABULOUS COMPANY THAT HAS EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM HAS ALWAYS BEEN FIVE STAR. UNLIKE THE IRATE CHILDISH "I WANT IT NOW" COMMENTS FROM THE REPORTING "DESIGNER", I REALIZE THAT IN A COMPANY THAT CONSISTS OF CLOSE MEMBERS (NO CALL CENTER) THAT SOMETIMES THERE IS A WAIT. DOVETAIL IS NOT OPEN ON THE WEEKEND FOR RESPONSE. I HARDLY EXPECT TO HAVE THE OWNERS ATTENTION AT DEMAND. GET OVER YOURSELF. HIS CALL ON YOUR "ATTITUDE SUCKS" IS DEAD ON, YOU KNOW IT & IT INFURIATES YOU ENOUGH TO LASH OUT IN B.S. COMMENTS SUCH AS THIS. PERHAPS APOLOGIZE FOR YOUR ATTITUDE, & HE WILL LET YOU IN. BESIDES, WE ARE NOT ALL AS PERFECT AS YOU ARE DEAR.
