I was a bit lacks on my part for not reading the terms and conditions when signing up, when I cancelled my subcription they still went ahead and billed me for the 1st month subcription, they never answered back any of the emails I sent to customer support, I'll just cut my losses and put this unfortunate experience down as a lesson learned.
