Complaint Review: Doxy Lingerie

I am very upset with Doxy Lingerie. I had placed a Halloween order on Thursday October 5th for next day delivery for a item that was in stock. I received an email notification after my order was placed. As of today October 16th I still have not received my order. I have sent 4 emails requesting status on my order and have not received a response. Doxy charge my credit card on October 9th and got paid. But, my order was not shipped. I thought the 5th was plenty of time for me to get my order by now, since it was "in stock" and I paid for "next day delivery". Doxy also has a return policy by October 15th on costumes. That disqualifies me for a return now. So, now I hope I get my costume by Halloween and that it "Fits", since I can't return it. I'll give an update if anything changes. I sure wished I would have check this service before I placed my order. I was referred by someone to check out Doxy costumes. I should have just stuck with 3wishes, last year I place my order with them a week before Halloween and they sent my order the next day.

"After" submitting a complaint on this website I finally got a response from doxy Oct 17 2:00 am est.... "Thank you again for your order from doxy lingerie. Here is the lastest shipping information for your order." They gave me a UPS Next day Air shipper's tracking number. So I click on the link thay gave me to track my order, you know the page that everyone gets with that long a*s order number ysht-------. To my surprise the order status and tracking portions were now filled in. They were completely blank on yesturday. The order status now says that my item is Shipped. So, I went on UPS to track my order it states "there is no record of this item". It's just so crazy that you can only get a response when you post a complaint about them on this site. I'll follow up again if anything changes.
