I order a Halloween costume from Doxy Lingerie Around Sept 20th, have not recieves order yet. I have sent 3 emails and only recieved and auto response. DO NOT ORDER from this store. Its been almost 4 week now and have no recieved order. I will be contacting my credit card company in the morning and taking apropriate action.

So I sent them an emailing with the sudbject "Legal action" and then and only then did they reply.


Order cancelled due to you not following directions at checkout and selecting an International shipping option.

Customer Support

I actualy specificaly rememember clicking the international checkout option because I had started filling out information and spoted the link after. So I had to retype the information.

And even if I had done what they said...they still charged my credit card. Were you planning on charging my credit card and not shipping the item because I forgot to click international? If you canceled the order why wouldnt you cancel the payment? because your LIEING!
