I placed my order August 16, 2006, thinking that 2 weeks would be enough time for me to receive my merchandise. I promptly received an e-mail stating that in-stock items would be shipped out within 24-48 hours. I gave it a few days, waiting for the e-mail stating that my items have been shipped.

On August 21 I sent an e-mail to CustomerSupport@DoxyLingerie.com regarding the status of my order. No response.

I sent another e-mail on August 25, explaining that the items were taking longer than I expected, I needed it before the end of the month, and that I needed to cancel my order. Still no response.

I waited until September 11 to call my credit card company to have the charges disputed. That evening I receive an e-mail stating 2 or my 3 items have been shipped. I responded back to orders@doxylingerie.com explaining about the dispute and how I will be refusing the packages.

September 19, I get an irate e-mail claiming that I never requested to cancel my order, and that I owe them $25 for a chargeback fee they received from their bank. I forwarded my cancelation e-mail to the "customer support representative", i put this in quotations because the person writing the e-mails has no idea how to conduct themselves in a professional manner.

September 25, I get another e-mail from them claiming that I now owe them $50. I spoke with my credit card company, Doxy can not do this. And I will fight them in court if I have to. This place has probably been making their money charging people their so-called "chargeback" fees because they are unable to run a good business.
