Complaint Review: Doxy Lingerie

In November of 07' I placed an order with them for priority shipping. The order never came, so I contacted them via email to find out what the heck was going on. They have the absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever encountered!!! They don't contact you back at all....and you can't even get a hold of a real person to talk to by calling them!!! Almost a whole month later I finally got the shippment, and they still charged me for priority shipping even though that didn't happen. Then I decided to give them just one more shot, and placed an order with them again in January of 08'. I never should of given them the time of day, because it's almost 2 months later now, and I've only recieved one item from that order, and that came a whole month late after I payed $20 for 1-2day shipping!! The other two products never came, and they charged me the whole $117.95 for the order. That's $77.00 for the unsent items, plus $20 for the shipping they ripped me off for!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!! THEY ARE A HUGE SCAM!!!
