i ordered products from this company on 9/6. my card was charged that day. after waiting two weeks and not receiving anything i tried to chat w/ the company, but no one was every available at the chat option on their web site. there is no phone number to contact them company at. i emailed them and received no response. i emailed a second time a couple days later, no response.

after that i found this site and emailed again saying that if i didnt here back from them confirming my order was being sent and a delivery confirmation number i'd report them on this site. the 9/20, the next day i finally got a response from them saying that they were busy and the products would be sent the following day. i waited a week and didnt receive any products. i emailed again on 9/27 asking for tracking info and said that if i didnt get that info i'd dispute the charge and write a report on this site. i received a response that they'd forward a tracking number by the end of the day.

i never received another email from them, now it's 9/30. i've disputed the charge with my credit card. this is the worst experience i've ever had with online purchasing, the people at this company should be ashamed for taking peoples money and they way they do "business".

as stated before i ordered on 9/6 and as of today, 10/10, i still havent received anything. i emailed doxy a final time tonight telling them if they dont credit me by tomorrow i'll dispute the charges, that seems to be the only thing they respond to. seeing how there are 69 complaints right now on this company, i assume it's a total sham. i dont know how they profit from charging people then crediting them once a dispute is processed, or credit through default when someone does dispute, but evidentally they do profit somehow or they wouldnt do business.

anyways, i figured the only way to hurt them would be to take away business so i wanted to let others know about this other website that i bought my halloween costume through instead, (( link removed by ROR)) i ordered the costome and received it w/in a week, perfect condition, no problems. just letting others know.
