I ordered two items from Doxy Intimates on 10/5/08 for a friend. My friend informed me on 11/20/08 she has not received any items from them. I immediately email the company and express my concern but am unable to provide an order number as I had no idea there was a problem. I ask what info I can provide to look up the order and their response is they "will look into it". Yeah? How are you going to do that when I gave you no information on my order?
Since then, I wrote the company giving them the information such as billing and shipping address, date of order and items ordered but have received no response.
Online I find out they have been sued by two states for fraud and are under a court order to ship items BEFORE they charge a customer. They certainly have charged me before shipping my items-in fact I ordered Christmas items from them (before I knew they never bothered to ship the previous order) on Oct 14 08. I checked my credit card acct and they billed me on the day of my order.they didn't even ship it until 11/25/08! They are in direct violation of their law suit terms twice in just my case!
I intend on contacting the MO Attorney's Office with this information and will have my credit card refund the money back to my acct.

Still no reply but got money back from credit card

Doxy lingerie has still not responded to my repeated requests for either my purchased item or my money back. I filed a complaint through my credit card and, after their investigation, was given a refund through them. If you have been ripped off online, a great resource is your credit card company. The store has to show proof of shipping in order to keep your money.
