DOXY LINGERIE, JENNIFER LUTKE Doxy Lingerie and Owner Jennifer Lutke is a RIP-OFF!!!! Maryland Heights Missouri
I ordered several items from Doxy Lingerie.com on Feb.18th, 2009. All the items I purchased were in-stock, so it was suppose to take 5-7 days for me to receive them. After 2 weeks I e-mailed them at least 4 times inquiring about my order and got no response, then I e-mailed them with a confirmation from my bank that the money was taken by a professional service "bad girl" and i was going to contact them as well. Jennifer Lutke, which I later found out was the owner and has a bad reputation e-mailed me and assured me that my order was to ship the next day. which was March 3rd.
On March 3, 2009. I made a second order with the company expecting that my first order had already shipped, again I received nothing. I've called the number listed on the contact information and left several messages, they were never responded to.
Since then I have filled a claim with the M.O. Better Business Bureau and found that the company has thousands of complaints.
I started doing my own research and found that Jennifer Lutke has been in court paying fines, restitution, and all sort of fees for her lack sending products and reimbursing money.
I don't want anymore people to go through what I had to, so I found her personal number since the only one she is giving is to the voice mail that never gets answered. Feel free to give her a call and a piece of your mind. She deserves it. 1-269-998-9718 Jennifer Lutke owner of doxylingerie.com

If you have a bad experience with the company, DO NOT place a second order. It will not be any better than your first experience.
