Doxy Lingerie - Jennifer Lutke still waiting for item ordered paid for August 2005 ripoff Creve Coeur Missouri
I placed an order with Doxy Lingerie in August of 2005 for 3 items. Only 1 of them was received in a timely manner. It took 2 months for another. The third was sent to me, but due to "employee error" was the incorrect size. I sent it back and have never received the item in the correct size.
I have made numerous email contacts with Jennifer Lutke at Doxy, and did receive 1 response from her that the item was on backorder & I would receive it. Now, over 17 months later, still nothing, no explanation, no apology, no item!! Plus, Doxy Lingerie still has my money.
I did not know that this website for dissatisfied customers existed until today. hopefully all the horrible reports on Doxy Lingerie will stop other people from ordering from them!!
My last email to Doxy - sent 1-24-07 - requesting a refund for the unshipped item, is still not answered. I have never found a phone number for the company, but know they moved from Michigan to Missouri during the time I have been dealing with them.
I read a press release today from the Attorney General's office in Missouri stating they are investigating Doxy & Jennifer Lutke. Hopefully everyone will be able to recover money held by this company after the investigation is completed.
