On August 29, I ordered about $150 worth of lingerie from Doxy Lingerie.

After a couple of weeks I emailed them as to the status of my order. On September 13, I got a response back saying that 4 of my items were shipping that day and the other one would ship the following week.

So here we are almost a month after they lied and told me my items were shipping on September 13.

I have emailed the company twice since then and I always get the same stupid automatic response that everyone else receives.

I really wish I'd have come on here and seen everyone's opinion of them.

The next steps I'm taking is to report them to the better business bureau and to my credit card company for fraudulent credit card charges.

I also forgot to add that the lingerie was for a friend of mine and was promised in an email that it would be here in time for her wedding. I trusted that company when they said it would be here by her wedding which was over a month ago. You incompetent people owe me an explanation as to why I was told it would be here by her wedding and where the hell is my order!?! I have another friend getting married next weekend and wanted to give her one of the pieces I ordered, can you at least guarantee me that I can have a gift to give to her? You at least owe me that after everything.
