Doxy Lingerie MJR Clothiers Jennifer Lutke Order Placed, Credit Card Charged, Order Never Received, and NO Customer Service Maryland Heights Missouri
It's not important what I ordered. Only that it was ordered in the last quarter of 2008 and my credit card was charged and as of 2/12/2009 item has yet to be received. What victims need to know: Jennifer Lutke DBA Doxy Lingerie or MJR Clothiers was sued by the Attorney General of Missouri in 2006. At the time the AG was Jay Nixon. In the settlement agreement, Ms. Lutke agreed to stop accepting payment from any customer in the future before actually shipping merchandise to the consumer. She has defaulted on this lawsuit agreement.
ALL victims need to go to the following website address: http://ago.mo.gov/consumercomplaint.htm and file a complaint with current Attorney General Chris Koster. In your complaint at the bottom under "How do you want this complaint resolved?" Select "Other". Under "If you answered "Other" to the previous question, please specify" Please answer that you wish this business to be put out of business. Over 250 complaints on RipOffReport alone. Over 500 complaints with the St. Louis Better Business Bureau. How anyone who operates a business like this can claim to have a conscience, let alone one ounce of integrity, is beyond me.
I've followed the complaints here and know that you, Doxy/Jennifer, read and keep up with what is posted. You use to be in Michigan, now you've moved to Missouri. Get ready to move again because I'm going to see that there is NO settlement this time. I anxiously await your comments of being "shocked" to find this out.

I happen to be the lucky person that got Jennifer's old phone number. I've had the number since June 2009 and continue to receive harrassing phone calls from angry people and creditors that are looking for her. I did some research on tJennifer Lutke and found that her

The website, doxylingerie.com, now says it is known as eLingerieSite.com. It says it aquired Doxy as of April of 2009. I'm trying to confirm that this is simply not a name change and that Ms. Lutke is up and running to continue her scam.

It appears that the website for Doxy Lingerie is down. Hopefully for good. If you have ordered things from Doxy and still not received payment, call your financial instituion or credit card company and file a fraudlent charge complaint and you will get your money back.
It would appear the heat is coming down on Ms. Lutke and it is just beginning.
