I ordered from Doxy Lingerie this past weekend and unfortunately, had already given Jennifer my credit information before I read all of her terrible reports. So, I immediately asked for a refund and her response was, "We can not give you a refund since your item has already been shipped." So, I next asked for a UPS tracking number to verify that my package has been shipped to my specific address and she has yet to respond. There is no excuse for this type of dishonest, terrible business! Fortunately, I am a Harvard law student and legal action will definitely take place if 1)does not give me a refund and 2) does not improve her business.

I actually received my complete order today from Doxy lingerie which I ordered on 12/11/06. Although she said it would be shipped in 3-4 days and was actually 1-2 days late, I DID receive my order and did not have as many problems dealing with the company as I first anticipated after reading all of your posts. My advice to you all struggling with Jennifer and Doxy lingerie, is to ask for a shipping and tracking number (the only way you can get a refund is if it hasn't been shipped). So, if she doesn't give you one...you must demand to get your money back.
