On August 20, 2006, I placed an order for two items on the Doxy Lingerie website. One item was IN STOCK and said to ship next day. The other item stated that it ships in 1-2 weeks. Around September 7, 2006 I sent an e-mail to the customer service address requesting an update on my order since my credit card had already been billed. On Sept 8, 2006, I recieved a response that one of the items would be shipped out the next day and the other item would be shipped as soon as it was in stock. As of today, October 25, 2006 I have not recieved either item. I have sent several e-mails requesting an update and have recieved no response.

The website looks great and Doxy shows a large selection of lingerie. However they have very very bad customer service and have essentially stolen my $76.15. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!
