Complaint Review: Doxy Lingerie

I placed an order with Doxy Lingerie at doxylingerie.com. Was I sucker! I should have investigated a little further with this company. Come to find out, they've been reported hundreds of times and have even been reported to the Missouri Attorney General's office.

I just wanted to check on the status of my order and have left over ten phone messages and have emailed two different email addresses at least four times each and have not received a response back. They have the worst customer service.

I am now in the process of going through my credit card company, yes, Doxy has already charged my card for a product that I can't even find out the status on (even though the MO attorney general apparently barred them from accepting payments on merchandise before it was shipped out).

Do not purchase anything from this company.
