I purchased a costume on 9/26/06 from Doxy Lingerie for a total that came to 57.45. It was said that for "in stock" items allow 3-5 business days for ship out. I have waited those 3-5 days and my order has not yet been shipped. My item was IN STOCK.

My friend ordered a costume on the exact same day and has already received hers. Hers did not fit and the size chart that is offered is NOT accurate. There is until 10/15/06 to return any costumes and I know mine is not going to fit bacause me and my friend ordered the same size and hers doesn't fit me either. I will not be able to return my purchase because of the late shipping and it will be past the 10/15/06.

I have sent many emails, the last on 10/4/06, asking what is going on and all I receive is an "auto response". They aren't even reading my email!!!! I want to return my costume even after 10/15/06. This business is not responsive to customer service and has bad practice. I would like my order cancelled and would like a refund. At this rate I won't even be able to wear my costume on Halloween!
