Complaint Review: Doxy Lingerie

I ordered a Halloween costume from this company on September 20th. The costume was "in-stock" and I was informed it would be shiipped within 24-48 hours.

I have sent them three e-mails to confirm the status of my order and received no response back so far. "in-stock" costumes are delivered within 4-7 days according to this company. I have received no costume or no response from this company.

The company is not listed in information and does not have a phone number where they can be reached. Im not sure how to get my money back or what I should do. Obvioulsy, they are ripping numerous people off and getting away with it. Something must be done.
