I placed an order with Doxy Lingerie January 30th, I received my confirmation on January 31st. I spent $184.95 with this company and my credit card was charged for the full amount on Febuary 2nd. I purchased 9 items, I received a confirmation on Febuary 11th that 5 items had been shipped.

On March 21st I received another confirmation that 1 more item shipped, and that the other 3 items would ship in 5-7 days. I then sent an e-mail on April 21st saying I had not received my other three items. I was then sent an e-mail from jennifer stating the rest of my order had been cancelled and I had been refunded for them.

I imediatly sent an e-mail asking how to go about reordering because my credit card was not credited, and I was still owed $63.50 in merchandise or money. I then got on the website and read some of their policies to see if I was missing something. The website states that any orders after 60 days are cancelled automatically.

It also clearly states no refunds are given. I was a little leary but continued e-mailing Jennifer to find out how to get what was owed to me-$63.50 in merchandise. I was willing to pick other items if the original ones were not in stock , but I can't seem to get any response on how to place the order without my credit card being charged again.

This has gone on for way too long, and I have been very patiently waiting for 5 months. Still no product and still no credit on my credit card.
