Complaint Review: DOXY LINGERIE

I took a chance and purcahsed what I thought was a reasonably priced item from this company. I placed the order on the 1st of june. I emailed the company 4 times about the shipping date. finally on the 7th of june I received an email stating my order was a non stock item and would be shipped out today. I want to emphasize the word shipped. Obviously I wrote back requesting a tracking number. no tracking number was given in fact there has not been a response to my email yet. It is the 12th of june and I intend to take legal action against this company to show them they can't get away with this scam. I am not waiting for a cancellation number from this company I intend to dispute the charge through the payment method I used. this company sucks and their days of doing this kind of business are numbered.
